Privacy Policy
Short version: Focus Timer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
What stays on your device
To work, the app saves two small things in its own storage on your device:
- the current timer (focus or break, and how much time is left), so a running session survives the app being closed;
- how many focus sessions you finished today.
This information never leaves your device. Deleting the app, or clearing this website's data in your browser, removes it.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app uses them only to tell you a session or break has ended. The alert is scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to any notification service.
Network
The app makes no network requests while you use it and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The website version is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and protect the site. We do not receive or use that information to identify you.
Children
Focus Timer is not directed at children under 13. Because it collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
